the room included tea and coffee facilities. complimentary tea and coffee were available in the dining area too. the breakfast included in my stay was convenient. it had various options available.
the parking, while secure, cost an extra £10 per day, unexpected.

The location was acceptable, being reasonably close to the attractions.
The room's condition raised concerns. I found the shower sealant discolored and dirty looking. Several socket fronts were hanging off, a safety issue. I noticed a large spider with a large, thick web on the ceiling above the bathroom. It had clearly been there for some time.

The staff were friendly during check-in. there was tea and coffee available all day in the lobby. I found this to be a convenient perk. the location was close to the main attractions. the shower had good pressure.
the pillows were uncomfortable . very little storage space in the room for longer stays. the toilet felt low to the floor, which might be difficult for some guests.

the location was excellent and near the city center. breakfast offered a good choice. i appreciated the helpful staff and the organized parking.
the road noise was loud, so i could not open windows. there was a connecting door in my room so i could hear the other guest.
